Il Rubalika Lodge è stato uno dei migliori alloggi dell'intero viaggio in Uganda! Non ci sono parole per descrivere la cura che Ronald mette in ogni dettaglio. Dalle camere, al ristorante, alla fattoria.. Tutto è estremamente curato e pensato per far sentire i propri ospiti come a casa! è stato un onore poter conoscere Ronald ed i ragazzi della community, uno dei ricordi del viaggio che conserveremo gelosamente! Le attività proposte sono il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura, tutte interessanti ed ognuna di loro farà la differenza.. Il cibo è squisito, lo chef potrebbe benissimo concorrere per la stella Michelin 😉 La posizione poi è ottimale, a cavallo tra il Parco di Kibale ed il Queen Elisabeth.. Insomma, il lusso come piace a noi, comunitario e sostenibile!! Unica cosa, non fate lo stesso errore nostro.. Siamo stati solo una notte e ci è dispiaciuto tantissimo andar via!! Minimo due notti!!!

Such an incredible surprise. We didn’t expect at all the small details that are everywhere, extremely well thought in a way that makes you feel in a five star hotel: towels, bath robe, sleepers, toiletries, candles, toothbrushes, mosquito repellent, lamps, lighting, torches, walkie-talkies… the tents with private bathrooms are with no doubt a five star hotel room! The views to Kibale forest are beautiful. They prepared us the most amazing set up picnic breakfast by the shore of the river in the middle of our trekking walk with the guides that are well trained and are also people from the community. The lodge is an interesting project of tourism and nature preservation in the area that involves and support the people from the community in the closest villages. We had a great experience, the service with amazing, and we learn a lot about plans, trees, plantations of abogados, bananas, vanilla, coffee and medicinal plants.

Fantastic. Rubalika really stood out on our trip around Uganda as a super genuine place. If you want to experience real hospitality, enjoy deep relaxation, taste delicious food, this is your spot. Added benefits are the strategic location (in between QENP and Kibale in crater lakes region) and the opportunity to explore their grounds (with every crop, herb and vegetable you can imagine and a wonderful river) 🙂

Séjour fabuleux, immersion dans la nature et en synergie avec la population locale Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce lodge. Tout a été parfait: accueil en musique et danse, la nourriture, le confort des chambres, la vue, la localisation, le choix inouï d'activités: promenade guidée dans la nature, visite de la plantation de vanille, Promenade autour des lacs de cratère , massage, visite du potager, visite du jardin botanique, expérience à la ferme avec les chèvres, cuisine locale, impossible de tout résumer ici… nous y étions déjà allés au mois de mars et le séjour nous avait tellement enchanté que nous sommes revenus avec nos enfants qui ont également adoré l’expérience. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par de la musique et de la danse, nous plongeant instantanément dans la culture locale. Le personnel était incroyablement sympathique et nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus tout au long de notre séjour. La cerise sur le gâteau a été le petit déjeuner au bord de la rivière. Alors que nous étions assis là, sirotant notre thé et profitant de la vue sereine, nous ne pouvions pas nous empêcher de nous sentir complètement en paix. Outre la beauté naturelle de l’endroit à couper le souffle, les sons de la nature nous entouraient, avec le chant des oiseaux et le doux débit de la rivière créant une ambiance apaisante. On reviendra encore et encore…

My Husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The service was excellent right from reception. The meals were balanced and delicious. We enjoyed the birds singing, the campfire, the hiking, and the beautiful view of nature all around us. We work hard all year around and my work involves a lot of thinking all day, it was good to zone out for a few days relaxing at this place. We enjoyed the traditional dances from the native people, learned a lot about different plants and their importance. It was something so unique and worth the visit. Had a few Jack Daniel shots in the evening, played some cards.....A lot to talk about. It was good waking up to a hot shower and a King's breakfast at the riverside with a personal chef. Planning on getting twins? This is the place to make them. Haha!

Super lodge dans la nature et proche des habitants. Le propriétaire partage sa ferme avec les habitants, une ambiance locale et une immersion totale dans ce magnifique lodge !

Friendly welcome, the food is awesome and the great view of the queen Elizabeth national park.

I could not wait to go home to give a review, beautiful scenery of Kibale national park, Surrounding hills and great service in the middle of the endless fruits and vegetable gardens. I loved each and everything at the lodge including the juice without sugars, delicious food and this is the real ambiance stay for your Uganda safari. CHEERS!!!!

We sere a group of five and we spent two nights here in this amazing location immerse in the nature. The staff was very prepared and kind and satisfied all of our requests. Also the food was really excellent with an amazing breakfast with view on the hills. The F&B manager and the chef were really good and explained us all we were eating, everything was prepared home made with ingredients from the farm. We are Italian and we are very demanding on food but the quality here at Rubalika was impressive. I would definitely recommend it.
